How do you get good habits?

STEP 1

Identify bad habits, self-limiting beliefs and negative thoughts regarding ourselves and the world around us .

STEP 2

Based on this knowledge we can define or articulate what we want to obtain instead.

 STEP 3

By using a modern and scientific method we create a "balance" between the left and right side of the brain.

A "whole-brain-state"

 STEP 4

In this new state it is possible to "download" a new "program" with positive and beliefs. 

You are now ready to live your life, supported by your subconscious mind.
